My cousin is bummed right now:

His ex is moving 5 hrs away for a better and more high paying job. My cousin is active in his son life seeing him 3 days a week every week. Him and his ex are on good terms and she told him before she accepted the job offer.

I told him it sucks but I told him to give it a year, see how they adjust to the new city and he could easily get a job transfer to the new city

I asked him if he thought about asking her to keep his son but he doesn't want to separate his son from his 2 half siblings....the 2 siblings are from the mom previous marriage
