i was laughin at the end of it all because i went in knowing it was gonna be some weird shyt and it was even weirder than i expected

It's beautifully shot, and Dafoe is excellent, but Pattison overdoes it a bit for me, and it does drag a bit. Interesting and well crafted art film, but nowhere near as compelling as the witch. 6/10.
