The setup will change if they sell close to the 18k.. I'd say selling 11k is fine considering the show is months away and not a single match has been announced. This is certainly something that TK needs to work on. We can see that most likely a match on there will be Okada vs. Omega so wouldn't now be the time to start teasing that more and more and then announce it?

Announcing a match for a show in July makes no damn sense. They still need to build the PPVs before that. I’d say 2-3 months before the show we see some buildup.

Decided to check out ROH this week since it’s a decent card on paper for ROH and it was taped at the Jericho Cruise.

Not just that, they also wanted more companies to compete so it won't be just two big companies going against each other. However, that might have drove the iwc tribalism off to the deep end in return.

Probably, but I think she would get even more from WWE and even more opportunities outside of rasslin. I feel like she would want to try WWE again now that Vince is gone. I've always felt like her return to WWE is inevitable.
