I'd say a Stardom of the West, but Shawn Michaels and NXT kinda has the tools for that.what specifically are you trying to see in AEW womens division?

Anxious to see what the scene looks like now, hopefully they have plans in place just in case any promotion ransacks the them like WWE did years agoBack in the real world....
When the rumors started months ago I knew as soon as they got a streaming deal it was gonna be met with the “SO WHAT” reactionsHere's a new one that will agitate a certain few....
Beards: "nobody has Max"
Real world:
Warner Bros. Discovery Adds 7 Million Streaming Subs in Q3 to Hit 110 Million as Box Office Dives 40% in ‘Barbie’-Less Summer
Warner Bros. Discovery reported its third-quarter 2024 earnings results Thursday.variety.com
They are clinging to a report that Max only accounts for 2% of streaming in the U.S. but nobody actually knows what the numbers really are because these streaming platforms don't release their real data.
Netflix tried to say 65 million people watched Tyson and Paul. Read the fine print and it says "at least one minute".... meaning they were cooking the books even in their press releases. Part of the reason why Hollywood was on strike is because they were trying to get these streamers to release data and it still went nowhere.
Even when they do these so-called "data dumps" they still leave a lot unclear
It's very pathetic that online beards are still trying to have a ratings discourseNetflix Is Getting More Transparent, Without Giving Everything Away

But I haven’t watched in awhile so now I can get caught up
It’s just funny trying to blame most of the problem on TK for not trying to sell tickets for a show he’s not the main promoter for in a country he didn’t book a show at. Yes, he coulda put more effort, but at the end of the day he’s not in charge of trying to put butts inside the Tokyo Dome.I always call out out dumb decisions regardless of how often it happens or how predictable they are
Breh, neither New Japan nor AEW needed Wrestle Dynasty to exist. Neither promotion gained anything from booking this show. My question from day one was "why would you do this" and after seeing what ended up happening I'm still confounded by both the call to book the show and the abysmal work everyone did to make the whole weekend a success.
I have called out New Japan for literally a decade and continue to do so in the puro thread. This is an AEW thread, therefore I'm using this one to call out AEW.
They have an opportunity to build off of it.Meltz said 4,500 non-Japanese fan flew in for the show(s), the most ever. I guess because they didn’t hit 4,501 it’s a terrible number.
AEW or NJ?They have an opportunity to build off of it.
NJ.AEW or NJ?
The shouldn't have been doing it when they were doing well tbh. And yes, a co-promoted event in Sumo Hall in Feb-March would've been the smart decision.NJ shouldn’t even do back to back Dome shows anymore. If they were set on having a Japanese hosted co-event, it shoulda been in February or March for their anniversary show.
Again, I've gone over Gedo's retarded ass problems for a decade. Went over them as well when the WK card was announced because that's 100% on New Japan. Wrestle Dynasty is a co-promoted event. You don't get to have that event if TK is smart enough to tell them "No". And if he was going to play ball and do the show, then put some effort and try to make the show a success, which he didn't do. WD depended on whatever the AEW could mean to the Japanese audience, which is why booking the show at the Dome was such a dumb idea. It’s just funny trying to blame most of the problem on TK for not trying to sell tickets for a show he’s not the main promoter for in a country he didn’t book a show at. You'd guess wrong.Meltz said 4,500 non-Japanese fan flew in for the show(s), the most ever. I guess because they didn’t hit 4,501 it’s a terrible number.

By putting Okada and Ospreay on the card?Smart enough to say no? If he said no you dudes would be going on about him being a tyrant and push the “AEW one sided deal” even more.
Like I posted, the most ever non-Japanese fans flew in for the weekend. You wanna fill the Tokyo Dome as much as possible? How about attracting the home country fans.
