I know he has come a long way since being a young lion and has been more vocal as far as trying to get himself more exposure. Not familiar enough with his wrestling skills on a consistent basis but haven't heard any major complaints. He def seems like a midcard guy compared to the main guys in the company.
I know he one of their main heels. Not sure which other ones would've worked best for a match with Kenny. Don't think they have wrestled before but could be wrong. Actually don't think he was really active when Kenny was there. Kenny might have already wrestled the big stars like ZSJ, Naito, Evil, etc. He likely wasn't gonna wrestle a face. Not sure who else could've been a possibility.
Kenny giving a young guy a shot, not mad at it. Tony Khan still buggin for letting him return at NJPW though
I don't know why but I see Kenny getting jumped by the hurt syndicate after this Kidd match so that Benjamin can do his run over there too.
Yeah that's the way i see it on the njpw side. I'm sure they'll have something special planned for him on the aew side. Just gotta be thankful he's able to return at all cuz even tho we can be greedy as fans, no comparison to what he's been thru. He deserves his flowers for sure.
