Technically this doesn’t have to delay the case. The tentative trial date is not until August. This motion is over so they are right back to where they were before this motion was filed. They have time to prepare for August. The reality is Trumps other cases are a better reason to delay this case. His attorneys will argue that since he is helping his attorneys prepare for those cases, he can’t assist in preparing for this one.
Man Trump is gonna file motion after Motion if he's in the white house nothing is gonna happen, he basically won.

Even without a delay the trial was expected to last 4 months so it would last past the election. Unless they can get it moved up since the other trials have been delayed he'll still be able to rely on getting elected to foil this. In my view things are still pretty much in the same precarious spot. Not as big of a fumble as it could have been though.

You can only file substantive motions up to a certain date. But yeah if this doesn't see a trial before the election and he wins it will likely never happen. Even if he is convicted someday the governor of Georgia is a Republican and has the power to pardon him since these are state charges.

Her career is not over. :pachaha:
She literally ran against a Black Man saying that she wouldn't sleep with her staff.

This is a slight difference but basically the same thing.

If she somehow does get relected it would be the electorate saying This in Atlanta or the GayTL.

They alomost had a white girl be mayor of the A last time.
