This is a game that if a linear adventure game is your thing, how you can not love it? The relationship between Joel and Ellie is Naughty Dog's best work still as far as emotional weight.

Have to agree with an earlier poster, really didn't see the hype in this game at all. Storyline was decent but it was really a chore for me to finish it.

Not really interested in the zombie genre so I'm admittedly a bit biased.

I liked the game but I can't say I see all the hype for it either. It was a fun weekend game for me and I moved on.

I'd be interested in seeing the thoughts of someone that read the book The Road before playing this. I've never read the book but I heard this game heavily leans on concepts from that book. I hear the game is less impressive storywise if you've read that book.
