After finishing the game I think it’s a strong 8 out of 10. I wish it had the multiplayer like the first game. The bad is certainly killing Joel so early the way they did. They could have also trimmed the length. This is clearly 5 hours too long with the Abby side of the story, but over all I enjoyed it. It just basically the same story from both ends love triangles and death of a loved one Both parties out for revenge. This and GoT should have PS4 go out with a graphical bang.

I see what’s happening here. This is no different that when Nas dropped It Was Written. Cats might not have been around back then but that album was panned solely because it wasn’t illmatic. The beats were there, the lyrics were there, everything was there but it wasn’t presented exactly how people wanted it to be so it was hated for years. 24 years later it’s a classic and one of his best.

The Last of Us Part 2 is going down as a classic. Not today, but when we look back at it years down the road we’re gonna see how far ahead of the curve Naughty Dog was with this one. On a mainstream level nobody has ever dared to tell a story where the main characters basically lose in the end. People hate this story because you can’t live vicariously through this characters like in almost every other game. You’re not supposed to. Their world is brutal and unpredictable.

Just wait and see. They took some risks here, but they’ve pushed the medium further than people realize.

Brehs I'm dead. I imagine with the leaks people thought a trans woman was gonna off Joel and lesbian Ellie and give us some story about how lgbt pride triumps over all even the apocalypse

shyt actually ended up being a great story of revenge and the tolls it takes after it's achieved. Gameplay and graphics was also incredible if you're into that sort of thing

I loved it. It's top 5 games I've ever played. I enjoyed every minute of it. The areas, encounters, gameplay loop were incredible. I thought the story was awesome. The flashbacks with Joel and Ellie were the best parts. I liked that it added to the original story. Abby was a great new character. Her and Lev relationship and story were great. I'm not sure how I feel about the ending though.

Thinking back to the first game and the lore before it, Joel really was a piece of shyt. There were probably 50 Abbys out there wanting to find and kill him way before he even met Ellie. Then again, if my daughter got shot by the military and people were trying to kill me every other day In a post-apocalyptic world, I'd probably have no moral lines left to cross either. fukk it.

I feel sorry for Tommy the most. No parents, lost his older brother/best friend, his niece, his wife, his eye, his leg, basically responsible for Jesse dying and possibly lost respect in the town he helped build and run. He's lost more than Ellie and Abby with nothing to show for it People concentrate on Joel and Ellie's relationship, but Joel and Tommy were even closer and went through more. I need that DLC with Joel and Tommy in their primes. No DLC planned though

That shyt was hilarious to me. Joel killed Abby's dad. Tommy and Ellie killed all of her friends. Abby let them live twice. But Tommy's still ready to go to war.
