I dont mind Ellie being gay but I don’t play the games to see that shyt. I just want to blow people’s brains out and indulge in the father and daughter relationship that her and Joel have going on. Also the fact that there are a bunch of people also immune completely negates the first game and the ending. So what’s the big deal about Ellie just go grab someone else.

There's literally nothing special about her. It made no sense to do a sequel with her if this was the result. Could have created a new narrative with someone else in the country or the other side of the planet.

I see nothing wrong with the story. The world ain't a pretty place. I feel like you're supposed to feel a level of bleakness with the game.

The spoiler I read, that looked like a nahc4 screenshot, there's supposed to be a whole town (or group) of immune people.

They really ruins the serie because that's what Joel lied and said.

I think the first game is overrated, but, damn, they let their fans down.

Read the bulletin points of the plot on resetera,narrative wise it's an interesting idea, but playing as a protagonist that you're bound to dislike doesn't sound very appealing. This is where the leaks kind of fukk up the story, because I don't mind Abby killing Joel too much, so maybe I could've appreciated the change in POV if I was going into the game blind, but knowing that Abby damn near kills Ellie and is basically about to kill a pregnant woman in cold blood makes her irredeemable in my eyes. Abby is already probably one of the most hated characters of all time and the game hasn't even dropped yet .

I doubt those Cult people are immune, Ellie says to Joel that she hasn't met or heard of any immune people ever since he told her that she's not the only one.

first game has three major black characters( all of whom die,) somehow this game managed to be even worse with diversity yet will try and act like its promoting it And probably even win awards for it from white liberals.

the really are white people that think different kinds of white people counts as diversity. because that even in games/fims where gay people are represented.(which i have no problem with, they do exist after all.) they fill like that box is checked, and don't bother with any minorities. Its rare to even have a game that has both genders of any other race besides white people. think about that. At this point gay people are over represented in comparison to black people.
