He was never advertised to be your partner throughout this game lol, not once, it was obvious by the fact we never saw Joel in any kind of gameplay

as far as the bait and switch in the trailer, it’s dishonest, but that’s a norm for Trailers, Marvel Movies and The Walking Dead/AMC are the worst culprits for this and have been doing it for years

the only thing I’ll give you is that yes, I’m not far into the game, but I do not give the slightest of fukks about Jesse lol

Yeah look I ain't with the outrage gamers are on. On the technical side the gameplay is fantastic. Graphics are top tier and the atmosphere is engaging. Story is trash though. Like hot trash. Now is it worth it to buy? Maybe its up to you because it still has things to offer gameplay wise no doubt

Gameplay looks good but it's what they did to Joel and even more that the ending is also add that there's no multiplayer unless ND add it in somewhere down the line.

Not saying everything should have an happy ending but somewhere in between

I understand that you’re about halfway in the game so the link below only spoils the very first beginning so your safe by watching it or if you choose to watch after you complete your game - that’s fine as well

It showed parts of Joel, but I never assumed he’d be with you as everything gameplay wise was just Ellie, I’m not sure whats delusional about that

and I’m probably only about 20% in, and my honest thoughts right now...great gameplay, Graphics, combat, voice acting/performance, and everything about the story so far is legit, I can’t poke any holes in this story (so far)...but, I’m not invested in any of these new characters (yet) and a couple of movement glitches

I told you in the other thread, you’ll get my honest thoughts when I’m done, doesn’t matter how much I loved the first game

BUT, also like I said, you gotta admit, there is a lot of overreaction and hyperbole to from people who have literally no intention of experiencing this game properly, I’m all for disagreeing and having a discussion but it’s hard to take Those opinions seriously
