Plus Tommy didn't want her to go out there in the beginning. I was kinda surprised he was applying pressure on her at the end. Especially with her having settled down with the family.

this clip shows why the ending of last of us is stupid and that the entire cycle of revenge story doesn't make sense.

I got no beef with the game, but; a game where you murder you're way through hundreds of people to get to one (or two), only to not kill those one (or two)--after those people stalled you out when they had you dead to rights--is not a good "revenge is bad" type of plot.

Especially when ND basically made "Joel Was Wrong" canon.

They went too far with her going back to the hospital building and literally Joel's last interaction with Ellie was her "maybe" forgiving him for it.

For years people were saying there's no way to make a sequel and they basically ruin the ambiguity of the first game's ending to justify a second and maybe third game.

You’re confusing shipped numbers for games sales which is what Sony is infamous for doing to trick it’s consumers. You go to stores and see you this game still stocked up the shelves. It’s a flop breh. Just wait and watch for official numbers. Naught Dawg is even doing damages control by striking all gameplay of the game for gamers who had negative opinions of the game. Finally finished it. Overall I enjoyed the fukk out of this. The story isn't as tightly written as TLOU1 was but I had no major problems with it overall.

Action was piff BUT it got a bit repetitive to me. It felt like the end to the last Lord of the Rings movie where everytime I thought it was wrapping up I had to clear another warehouse...another forest...another mansion etc. It went on a bit too long. The Rattlers were dope but by the time I had to clear their land I was really done with the game.

The Abby twist didn't bother me at all. The ONLY thing that feels a bit out of place to me now is the way she kills Joel. In the flashbacks it seems like her group is quite sympathetic, and they really are forced to go along with her only out of friendship. So her basically torturing Joel to death while they stand by feels a bit out of place now but her click being former fireflies means they might have hated Joel about as much as she did.

Finally finished the game and I loved it!
Great story and gameplay. Actually liked Abby as character and her whole story. If they ever make a third game she should be the focus because Ellie arc is pretty much done.
