Yeah if it was Dina who got bodied instead of Joel there'd be ZERO complaints and this game would've gotten universal acclaim

And that shyt woulda been boring af to me only reason I cared about Dina was because of the journey she went through having Ellie's back through the whole game. I'm also curious to know (not from you specifically just in general) what her motivation to kill Dina would be. I understood when she was about to body her towards the end, but sounds like Abby would have had to be a completely different person to body Dina from jump.





Basically the same character that woulda killed Ellie from jump street in that room and had em even more mad

That's actually one minor gripe I have...
There's a bunch of animations like that for dodges, and gun shot wounds, but stealth kills all resolve with the same exact animation.

I think it helped me that I noticed it super early on. As soon as Dina did the exact same move during their run at the beginning of the game, I knew that was just the animation. So they had the rest of the game to drown it out with all the other shyt they had in there

Abby literary could have solved all her problems just by killing Ellie and Tommy because obviously they were gonna go after you and your crew. At some point it becomes a security issue. And its funny that herb tried to make the game sound "deep" and "thought provoking" but got shut down with quickness .

Eh from there, they could easily follow through with the cycle of violence point by using Dinah or Jesse as your avatar. Nolan North’s point is stronger

Dina and Jessie would have no clue on who to go after because they weren't even their for all they know it could be a random group of hunters. The only reason why Tommy and Ellie went to search for them in Seattle was because he saw WLF on their jackets. This story is one big contrived mess

Never said it was all for nothing. Was more so highlighting how stupid Lev was in this game. They needed to build up that same Abby and Lev connection that Joel and Ellie had so I knew her sister and mom were going to die somehow. I just didnt think Lev would be the direct cause of both deaths

If I was Abby I wouldve left his little dumb ass on that island when Abby wanted to take the short cut to the boats but Lev’s like “no theres shooting back there” so instead we take the long way through an entire battlefield

In fact Abby shouldve stayed behind with Owen and Mel after she seen Tommy try and attack her and she knew from that point on that the people from Jackson were hunting them down. Instead she just leaves and doesnt even warn her crew

Then she has the nerve to act surprised when she comes back to everyone dead
