Look at this poorly written post, what does the year have to do with the supplies they have? Most of the freaking world is barred off from each other and society has devolved into militias and factions warring with each other while supplies are very low. There's vehicles in the game but they're sparsely used outside of the WLF e.g. boats, trucks etc If you played the game you'd know of the few times vehicles are used but of course you didn't play it/have no intentions of playing it because all you can do is say dumb shyt while getting dapped up by other morons in this thread

4th : I don’t know why you keep trying to express I don’t know what I’m talking about I saw the entire game being played through and it’s incredible that you’re arguing about horses in two different worlds literally 100+ years apart there wasn’t no vehicles in 1899 to be riding around and although in a post apocalypse world of 2037 you would only assume horses would be the last means of getting around

FIrst of all, the intro to TLOU 2 is NOT snowy, the damn scene is a flashback before the actual present day the game starts in.

Naughty Dog developers went to Rockstar, copied their notes and story from their offices(while no one was looking) and went back and decided to add snow and horses early on in the game 8 years later.
Never mind that TLOU 1 had a whole winter section with horses and snow, no they just copied the story, left 99% of the story alone but just said "Hey Dogs! Let's put snow and horses in the game
