Trying to play a couple of hours tonight.

Just got into Day 2 with the introduction of the dogs.

Game difficulty starting to pick up... died like 15 times in that section.
:francis:
If you played the first game you should know that whenever they throw a encounter at you there is enough supplies to run and use Molotovs to burn the dog and his owner or set the land mines

From the first game. They got done dirty
Playing through the second game has me more upset about what happened to them, especially the younger brother.

Another Survivor strategy that I abused:

you're always low on supplies, and near the end of encounters, I pretty much have no ammo(but I never fire blanks to let the enemy know I'm empty). Striking somebody, taking them hostage, then pointing your empty gun at another enemy, causing them to take cover, allowing you to kill the the hostage and creating more space between you and whoever's left is just........:wow:

I always tried to save 1 bullet for the last enemy. Shot 'em in the legs so they drop their weapons and trigger a fatality :demonic:

The difference between how WLF reacts and Scars react to that situation is :wow: even Rattlers had their own way of facing death.

I played through on Survivor. Main Differences:

-Enemies have their head on fukking swivel. the enemy NPCS will constantly do 180s while walking.
-I had maybe, 3 bullets on each weapon, max for the majority of the campaign and I pretty much used everything up during every fight vs humans. So if you don't already search everywhere for supplies, expect to do so.
-If they find you, they're gonna try to flank you aggressively. So if you're playing non-stealthy, which is very viable. Expect to fukking sprint if they start pushing up on you.
-Bow and Arrow only kills if it's a headshot. Period.
-The only time they can't see you is if you're under HEAVY foliage. If you can see most of ellie on your screen, the enemy can see ellie.

That being said, after trying the other difficulties after beating the game, playing on Survivor was the best way to go. The lower ones just weren't as intense.
This Post just sold me to play this again after I'm done.:ohhh:
I was thinking of giving it a break but fukk It.:whew: This sounds like too much fun. I already pick every room clean for supplies and craft, are there more supplies around or less like I'd imagine? I feel like I haven't put enough work in to build up Ellie's Crafts, been more concentrated on the Weapons being Upgraded.

Was watching a playthough on YT and was wondering how they were finding so much ammo and supplies :gucci:

Upgrading Ellie's skills every hour :gucci:

Enemies not seeing Ellie's ass poking out of the shrubbery :gucci:
