I don't even know how a gamer can hate on this game. Not liking it for whatever reason? Cool not everyone likes everything but hating? LMAO
Whats funny is these supposedly huge fans of the first game...
1. Read spoilers intentionally ahead of time. Like what big fan does that?
2. Are such huge fans but won't play the game cause they don't like what they read.
Being disappointed is fine but it seems weird to me how so many "huge fans of the first game who waited 7 years" just willy nilly read spoilers like whatever. I went on a media blackout for the game cause I am a fan of the first. Also you would think any big fan of the original means they are a fan of Neil's writing. This is the same man that gave you the game you love so much. The same man that helped create the characters you're so upset about. But magically he's complete trash cause what you 'wanted' to happen didn't go exactly how you pre-wrote it in your head. And now you won't even play the game through it's entirety ONCE to give it a shot?
I'm one of the people that thinks GoT Season 8 ruined everything and the latest Star Wars trilogy is trash too. It's not like I'm opposed to pointing out when something I loved has become trash.
Even if you hate the story of this game which you're allowed, it's a subjective thing, you can still appreciate the amount of effort that went into creating this game. To call the game trash is just absurd to me. Why are we in such a black and white society right now. It's either 10/10 masterpiece or 0/10 complete garbage. When neither is reality. This isn't everybody, some on here have well thought out criticisms and valid complaints. Then there are those that are saying shyt they didn't even observe or play, and when you ask them to be specific, they can't. Yet THEY are the most vocal and upset. They are leaving bad reviews, and picking a plot apart they only read about or watched 2 hours of on YouTube. This game had 6k negative reviews and a user score of 3.2, FIVE HOURS after it released.
I played non stop all day every day since Friday at midnight on release, and only beat it Sunday afternoon. Like an embarrassing amount of time spent playing. 25 hours in 3 days. This is cause I didn't want to be spoiled. But ya, 5k people hated it 5 hours after it dropped, yea oookkkk. Who the fukk would be so mad they'd give a game 0 out of 10, 5 hours after it's release? You should have to link your PSN/XBOX/Steam ID to Metacritic to leave a user review, and if you don't own the game you can't. If they did that how much would the score change you think?
