Why would you waste time doing some tedious shyt like that? :mjlol:
Honestly, it doesn't take long. If you actually just press up and run through the numbers quickly, you'll hear the eventual "click" and you can backtrack to the actual number. I've done it plenty of times when I've come across the safe before the note that tells the combination.

Obviously, but I wasn't trying to break the immersion by Googling the code and at the moment, I wasn't certain whether or not I'd overlooked it in a previous area. It's not time intensive at all and ND made it fairly accessible & obvious. Ellie is a juvenile delinquent. Not immersion breaking at all to consider she could crack a safe without a code in short order.

Google? I’m talking about the in game notes

Kudos to all of you who are still going after a certain scene, I won't lie all my emotional investment vanished after that point and It became just a trudge to the end.

I remember some nikkas being against a sequel because “the ending of the first was perfect” :mjlol:

nikkas is crazy, even if you’re not partial to Part II, this series has enriched gaming as a whole.

I say two new games from Naughty Dog, ideally new IPs, and then I’m ready for Part III (doesn’t necessarily have to be about these characters, but if it is I’m sure it will be compelling) at the end cycle of the PS5. Looking at their output this gen, with UC4 and Lost Legacy, then Part II, it shouldn’t be out of their reach, especially if the PS5 removes bottlenecks and facilitates development.

Druckmann himself has already said he’s not sure if his next game will be something new or part III. I’m reading this interview with IndieWire and he reiterated that with “At least until if we ever make another game” so he’s at least partial to the possibility. This is such a rich world with untold potential for stories, plus the way they elevated the gameplay, I want more.

@Fatboi1 where you at and how you liking it so far?
I'm loving the game so far.
I'm 16 hrs and 50 minutes in so far at
Seattle Day 1 on foot with Abby. I just climbed up the hatch to come out on the roof of the building after the crank for the gate snapped. I'm loving the game so far. When the game switched from Ellie to Abby at that scene in the theater, I immediately realized it was to sort of justify and show the situation from Abby's POV. It was pretty understandable why she killed Joel and from her POV it seems like the thing one would do to avenge their own. Story wise I haven't been disappointed or let down as some online wanted to make it seem to be.

Everything else in the game is superb. The gameplay, the intense encounters against the SCARS and WOLVES make the gameplay shine. My favorite part was first encountering the SCARS. Pacing wise the game started off a tad slow to build the story and characters but everything else afterwards has been great. I feel like I still got plenty of content left in the game from where I'm at.

Only problem about finishing a game like this is you then struggle to get into other games.

I might need to switch up the pace completely and go play 51 worldwide games on the Switch

This, if Ghosts came out in 2 weeks I probably wouldn't be copping

same for me, I just finished Abbys day 1 and the only area I didn’t go much on is actually the bit you’re at in the boatyard/warehouses, the 2-3 hours or so since then has honestly been some of the best and most intense parts of the game so far, once you start unlocking some of her skills and finding some her weapons :banderas:
