Solid season. It started out really dope but it got a little bit shaky for me. Still really good but not great. I had a few issues

What was with that awful scene where Haesten had Uhtreds men out numbered and choose to hang him upside down and LEAVE . Like you got the dane killer. Just kill him. That scene was some 1960 Batman villian ish. Also what was the point of the sickness? It came and went. Didnt add much of anything to the story. When Ethelreds men find out Eardwulf killed him why is he allowed to just leave? Death bed or not you kill a king you gotta get delt with. It made no sense so I just knew they were gonna use him again later. Very predictable. Who taught Utreds son how to fight? Felt a little off for him to killing in those massive battles. Other then those issues it was pretty solid Really good battles and the politics were pretty solid too.

Yeah Young Uhtred showed a lot of heart for a church boy. Them churches got dojos in the cut? Pyrlig got history before turning monk but Hild, Osferth, and Beocca were all putting in work.

He has 3 children, not 2.

Ain't that the baby he shunned? I need to watch season 3 again but I remember him going at the baby after his wife died. And that's the last I remember of him.

Best Brida was season 1 Brida. She's been an annoying character to me for a while now. Yeah I hope they don't forget about Syg. I can see him being a really cool ally for Uhtred. He needs it with how them Saxons do him dirty all the time lol

I just finished it. I liked it, but felt the season was a bit disjointed. It’s probably one of the weaker seasons, but still an 7.5/10.

Ya Uthred was a bytch this season in my opinion breh might be welcomed to Valhalla after all the simping and baptisms he has had .
