The second one was pretty damned good actionwise...:wow: the albino twins, the Merovingian, Persephone, the car chase. Just to name a few. I wanted to see Niobe and her sidekick ghost put in work
This is still an amazing fight scene. This leads right into the freeway chase. It's one of the best chains of action set pieces in film even today.

I just wanna jump back in here and just speak on part 3 and the parts I like. I liked the replicating agent Smith, and also the insane way he escaped the matrix that was a wasted opportunity right there!!! They could have had some sort of subplot of him interacting with humanity itself this artificial intelligence being never left the matrix and seeing how he acted outside the matrix would have been dope. The club hell fight, shyt was dope... Seraph the angel program as dope... Especially how he checked his guns with the edges of his fingers. Mifune was a dope character but we didn't even spend time with him or why he believed in Morpheus over Locke, the human council.

The third one could have been better the story was right there but they should have trimmed the fat.
Another thing I hated was the visual representation of the machine artifice that met neo I'm like :dahell: why does it look like a giant baby?!? Wasted opportunity to have something crazy and alien and humanlike machine show up... :beli:

I enjoyed all three. Perception of the quality of The sequels suffers from what I call the Illmatic phenomenon. It was too dope.

plus like someone said, if you understand the history and lore, the sequels are much more enjoyable.

I'd go as far as saying for story, 2/3 drove the story a lot more than 1.

Because people rather they do this now than continue to front like they won’t and Keanu gets old as fukk and can’t be a active part of it anymore. Like Star Wars
