He wouldnt fit that system but they need a go-to scorer badly tho.

With all the money the Lakers are rumored to throwing at players this offseason I see Melo trading in Spike Lee for Jack Nicholson (sp). Oh wait....

They can make it work, if the Hawks somehow get a legit center and move Hort to PF. :wow:

Teague
Korver
Melo
Hortford
Jermaine O' Neal/Gortat/or C acquired through trade

Title contenders :wow:

:whoa: we don't want this bum anywhere near Touch Me
So now Teague is ya'll new STANwagon? :laff:

I knew as soon as Josh left you stans would find another host. lol. Teague is cool but they should try harder to make the offense go through Horford and my boy MillSap. If you get your bigs going it creates opportunities for the wing players. ATL has good young talent. THey need a closer and Melo would provide that

Why is a Heat stan making this thread???

I swear, some of the posters here are straight lames & cornballs.
It's funny how sensitive ya'll are when people make threads talking shyt about the Knicks. in 2010 every thread was Heat/Lebron hate and ya'll were like "it's just discussing sports"

The Knicks are a lesson in how not to build a team.

Trading away all young assets, picks, and being capped out.

To be fair, if STAT stays healthy, we're looking at the Knicks in a completely different light, it doesn't hurt that Isiah screwed them over to begin with.

This is very true tho. If Amare was healthy they'd be up there with Miami and Chicago at the top of the East

But with that said, they knew oft-injured Amare was a risk. The gambled and they lost. As a Heat fan i was hoping Riley would go for Amare instead of Bosh but the Heat were concerned about Amare's health + he had a rep as a diva for a big man which Riley wouldnt have tolerated. I guess the don knew better

because golden state was such a destination. all it takes is cash and need breh

The warriors drafted there star in to lottery. The hawks being a treadmill team will not see a star. Horford and Teague are not stars.

Don't get me wrong I would think nba players would love to go to the atl but I guess not. Annually the hawks whiff on star free agents and end up with some players who will keep them as a 6-8 1st or 2nd rd playoff team.
