Jersey houses are cheaper but taxes more expensive than PA taxes. Eagles players usually stay in Jersey comapared to PA surburbs is due to the closeness of the facilities and staduims. So you got some Phillies Some Eagles Some 76ers living and buying in Jersey.

Whereas some do live in Villanova Gladwyne Haverford Newtown Sqaure Glen Mills Berwyn Malvern Bryn Mawr Radnor Merion Station (Barkely summer home) and Blue Bell to name a few. Look them up on Realtor.com or Trulia Multi Million dollar homes in PA.

People shyt on Philly online I don't know why but it's a reason why 4 or 5 of its suburbs are ranked annually in best place to live in America.

It’s beautiful here. Let them sleep.

King Henry was the last name I thought would be in play. Does AJ have something to do with this news? I guess our Running Back room isn't as complete as some may suggest now that Miles is gone. But King Henry with this running game and O-Line.

:ohhh:

long thread on the contract structure, basically what those Schefter numbers hinted at. Creating a four year window where the cap hits range from dirt cheap to below average, and then in 2027 they either negotiate a new extension to create another window or they rip the bandaid off and eat a ton of dead money while starting over (like 2021). Win/Win for both sides :ehh:
