He was really ready about a month ago. This is them not rushing him back.

I think they wanted to re-establish Love first while skating through an easy part of the schedule. Which they still haven't done fully. Love's only averaging a point more per game and 3 shot attempts more than last season right now. Bron is still taking the most shots even though they are claiming to run the offense through Love now.

I think they would have sat him out longer if Shumpert never got hurt.
