Very well said. A lot of people that feed into these ethnic wars are missing just that, the bigger picture. You can tell those who know what real power is apart from those that don’t.

The Black people in power whether they're ADOS or immigrants don't care about the Black people below them

And a lot of dumb shyt that Obama said...like the Henry Louis Gates came from his white upbringing

It definitely impacted his decision making and rhetoric

And both Obama and Harris have dismissed reparations, although Obama did it with more tact

And both of them are non AA

Even though we're never getting it any way...I'd like to hear someone with power discuss it who has skin in the game

How would that happen if a group says their fine and you just lazy? When you bring up reparations they say "well, if you had a daddy and a go education you'll be alright".

It's not happening with Kamala, people will say how Kamala "rose up" outta the struggle then you can to. Not happening.

The problem is people can assume black and not based off struggle so the dudes at the bottom got it the worst.

It's like having a serious medical condition your whole life and some dude says he suffers from headaches and our pain is equal.
So are you trying to say that black immigrants haven’t suffered from slavery, discrimination, colonization, white supremacy? Why play the oppression Olympics? If Kamala rose up it had nothing to do with whether she was ADOS or non ADOS but because of her individuality. She would would have been successful if she was ADOS or not ADOS

Desi people of high position contribute to political campaigns to promote the issues important to their communities. Every ethnic group benefits from their high achievers doing that.
Lobbying is more beneficial than just having politicians that come from the same background as you.

There's no official rule on what makes someone black. Is it DNA, skin color, culture, where you grew up, where you went to school, your friends, sex partners, country?

The concept of race is slowly going away too. We may be one of the last generations in America to call someone black or white. Kamala is what most of our great grandkids in the US will look like in the future.

well first off we have to acknowledge that kamala is a biracial. in NO OTHER group but black folks is 50% of their group equal to 100%. as a member of the us military (no/conquered kewn) i was stationed over seas in south korea. and over there you had a lot of half white koreans running around who were products of miscegenation via white soldiers who fukked them hoes and boned out on their kids (yet they put that shyt on black men like they shyt don't stink lmao); and do you want to know what them koreans called those half white korean citizens?

"war babies" :dead:

like yeah you related to us on some distant relative shyt but ain't no way you in the nuclear family with us. you something different. it's not divisive or ignorant for us to make that distinction as well, hell it's logical and much needed. how the fukk is she black when she was birthed outta frieda pinto p*ssy??

Black biracial and regular black people can have many phenotypic similarities so most people treat us as one bucket.

Sometimes it feels like the Dems and GOP work together. GOP goes as far right as possible to help the left look good even when they don't do much.

GOP introduces really extreme policy. They pass some and some fails. Dems come in and "clean up" but avoid rocking the boat too much. Just enough to restore order but so little that people get mad nothing is changing and vote GOP again.

GOP continues to move right but the Democrats (DNC) stays put.

I'm not sure why this is so hard to understand. Where were her people pre-1965? Where were they during Reconstruction? Pretending that her people were here during slavery or Jim Crow and acting like she is a represents the black American experience is disingenuous. But people want to play dumb smh. Highly disrespectful.

Race will never go away, some groups may be able to buy their way into whiteness or pass but race creates a permanent underclass in the US. Kamala still looks black, she might be a bit high yella but if your great grandkids look like her they’ll look black. She looks MGM.

Most, not all. It’s up to us to select those who have our best interests in properly vet these people on a grassroots level before they are in the forefront of America and it’s too late to sway them in favor of us.
