I always wanted to hear a REAL version of this record with the brothers grown up :to:

But I can NEVER get tired of watching 5 hours of this movie. It literally flies by like NOTHING. And it was PERFECTLY casted.

Angela Basset playing Mrs. Jackson and Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs playing poppa Joe was PERFECT and they BOTH deserved Emmys.

Wylie Dapper has Thriller Mike was :wow:....he had it ALL down...

I bet even Mike was like "Not bad :obama:"

Crazy to think that they both died :to:

Honestly. I don't even want a Michael Jackson Bio-Pic. "Jackson American Dream" is the greatest movie on Michael Jackson. I love how the movie ends around the "Thriller" era. I remember being young and my parents and brothers we all lined up at the TV to watch the whole Mini-series. I know a lot of Black Parents actually brought the VHS version of it. The Soundtrack was fire and the acting was great. LOL @ Terrence Howard being in this at a young age. Loved this film. I feel it's the definitive film on Michael Jackson. One of the greatest mini-series of all time. Yes I actually brought the Soundtrack as a teen.

Real talk my whole family watched this when it premiered. I remember literally having the :sadcam:face when Joe took Michael's candy and told him he couldn't play store.

Joe: how much you pay for this candy:stopitslime:

Young Michael: a Nickel

Joe: how much you gonna sell it for

Young Michael: A Nickel

Joe: You better stick to singing:childplease:
