They called him the "Hip Hop Don" in the philadelphia daily news, along with "The John Gotti of Passyunk Avenue"...he used to give out turkeys with Tommy Hill from Ram Squad in the Richard Allen projects before they tore them down. He got Ram Squad their record deal and he was their plug for coke in their projects. Thats why they tore them down because it was impossible to catch anyone hustling in those projects, so the mayor just had them tore down.

I don't why people on this thread are acting so gay for the Italian mob. Again most of the stuff in this thread said about them they can't do anymore. Not even close. But more importantly it depends on region. The Italian Mob now is mostly limited to the Northeast. Where as in LA and the Southwest they have little or none influence.
And I don't know why people continue to underestimate certain gangs. The reason why most street gangs are not the level of the American Mafia is because they lack resources. The Gangster Disciples under Larry Hoover could have been bigger than what it was. And even with little resources the Black P Stones under Jeff Ford had connections to Qaddafi and was about to take down a jet. That's how much potential certain street gangs have. In the LA underworld its mostly Hispanic black street gangs that control it along with Cartel cells.
