The irony of all this is that Triple Haitch is actually a B+ player

Wrestlemania Era

Tier 1 Guys - Andre, Hogan, Savage, Austin, Rock, Michaels, Bret, Flair, Cena, Sting, Taker

Last 10 years put Taker on the A+ list: He elevated Brock, he's been the Main attraction at Mania now for the past 5-6 years, he was the sole reason Smackdown stayed relevant

Savage is the only one debatable, since you can say he piggy backed off Hogan but Savage and Liz were a big draw.

Bret and Shawn kept the Company alfoat, Elevated Austin in different ways + Shawn made guys like Edge, Cena & Orton legit in his 2nd run.

The others you don't have to debate.

Triple H was never a top baby face, Vince was the Top Heel and owes his entire career to Stephanie and Shawn & his most memorable feud was with Mick Foley.

Taker elevated Brock? What?

Bret and Shawn didn't carry shyt..they almost lost to WCW if Steve Austin didn't save their asses. When they went from Bret and Shawn main events to Austin as champion, money was being made and the NWO was put in their place. Little Shawn and Bret were lackluster as fukk. Goldberg at his peak blows them away.

Huh? Bret and Shawn clearly carried the company from 1994-1997. Numbers were down then, and they would have been lower if not for Bret, Shawn, and possibly Razor.

that shyt didn't make 1/4 of the money Rock did in 1999...try again, hide and seek. Lol@1997 failures and that terrible disaster named after DX...haha. I'm surrounded by fools. Mere fools...comedy to the end.

Stay on topic Erik, you made it seem as if Rock was the only guy to have any program themed off of him. I presented facts to prove otherwise, you present nothing on the other hand. Your problem is that you think you know everything, which automatically disqualifies you from learning anything. The trait of a fool....

WWF kept outdrawing WCW, even when it was losing the ratings battle ... WCW didn't do House Shows?

WWF had better house show attendance than WCW always. Mainly because from the markets WWF drew from.

WCW was killing them in ratings and PPV buys. WCW Uncensored 1997 had more buys than Wrestlemania 13. Think about that for a minute lol

The streak is one of the biggest draws in wrestling history :stopitslime:

Man listen! If Taker missed WM, no one would buy it right?? Wrong, they'd still cop it and wouldn't even realize Taker wasn't featured until the day after.

What are you talking about? Savage was the second biggest draw from 1987-1990 behind Hogan. You're really just talking out your ass at this point.

And yes, fair Warrior didn't work with a top draw, I'll give you that. But he never drew on his own. Savage drew great with Hogan or without him. And no Savage isn't on Hogan's level but you never said that. You said Warrior was a bigger draw which is absurd. Flair and Savage is equal. Flair was on top for a longer time as the man in his territory. Savage at his peak drew equal to or greater than Flair.

Hogan has stated he drew more money with Savage than anybody else he's ever worked with. Vince will tell you the same thing. Sure Hogan is a big part, but you have to have the antagonist to go against them to make it work.

I never said warrior was a bigger draw. I said he was overshadowed by Hogan and Warrior. Meaning he was never ever the sole guy. His first reign in retrospect was a transitional champ. They never gave him the ball. So in context, I'm saying how are ppl putting him on the top tier with hogan, Austin, flair? His career to me was always in the shadow of Hogan, wwf or wcw, champ or not. I had this convoys weeks ago lol

Of course wrestlemania is a huge draw, with one of the MAJOR buying points each year being The Streak and if it will be broken

There's no one wrestler bigger than mania, so you could say if "___ missed WM no one would buy it and be wrong no matter the name"
