The Infamous vs Death Certificate

Death Certificate is one of my favorite albums and it put Cube in my top ten.

The Infamous is a great album but it's very much the same exact topic on 80% of the album and it's not content is all negative

What about the musical element though?

Death certificate didn't age well. True to the game is probably the only song I play off that album. the beats aren't that great I usedto think it was a great album and I still do think its a good old school album but a lot of those songs I can't listen to now because they sound too dated. Pretty much everything about infamous is better then death certificate.

Have to say in terms of production The Infamous is superior. Cube gets a few great tracks in that still sound fantastic today like My Summer Vacation and Colour Blind, but there's a lot of other tracks that just don't have good beats. Whereas on The Infamous every beat is perfect and is so beautiful to the ears.

Been listening to both a lot to compare. DC bores me, Infamous is an effortless listen. Cube seems to mostly do the whole stop and start/hesitation flow. shyt is slow and simple at times. People act like it's some political masterpiece throughout, it has a lot of dumb shyt too, "Doing Dumb shyt?" "Giving Up The Nappy Dugout?" About fukking minors, nah I don't relate to that. There's a few dope beats, but compared to Infamous? The beats are incredible. And was DC even authentic? Why doesn't he really rap about them topics now? I would take just Survival Of The Fittest, Shook 1s Part 2, and Eye For An Eye over DC
