I'll always support my favorite artists:whoknows: and I feel like not purchasing devalues the art and the time it takes to make the music which can be a lot of hours..writing, rewriting, making sure everything is pitch perfect, changing songs, driving yourself crazy during the creative process etc. If it's an artists I fukk with or have always fukked with, then they'll always get my dollar
do you buy physical or digital with your music breh?

Why are people throwing out the 'go to a concert and buy a shirt' bullshyt as if it is feasible to do for everyone, all the time.

Even for those of us who live in big cities don't always get to see an artist and they are not always touring. Gucci Mane for example has done exactly one show out here in the last 3-4 years to my knowledge. Lil Wayne has had 2 shows in the last few. Jay-z is the same and that shyt sold out right away.

Aside from that, if an album doesn't look like it's going to do well there is a big tour to support it. If an album sells well then the chance of a 'album title tour' is much much higher.

Only an idiot wouldn't support the music they art. and I say that respectfully.

However, paying $15.99 for a digital album is ridiculous as OP mentioned. It's highway robbery. At the end of the day, support your artists, either through albums or live shows (though both is best). They do a lot for the community and overall 'social health', whether you realize it or not.

I haven't bought music or movies in years and never will again.

I still go to movies at the theater and do concerts when I want a bigger experience.

I like art and have things I'm passionate about. They are hobbies. Someone becoming a millionaire off music and being a celebrity is a ridicolous concept.

They can get a regular job like everybody else if they taking on their passions full time and making enough money. fukk em.

Dudes prop up shows they don't even go to. Rap fans are garbage for the most part

Blame @KravenMorehead™ for this bump :pachaha:
