shyt was boooooring. Pretty much as boring as the previous two movies except those had a third act that actually had some stuff happen in it. Here the two biggest third act events pretty much happen off-screen as we watch Katniss experience these events from an enclosed room with a bunch of other people.

You know a movie is wack when the most entertaining thing were the two Asian girls sitting next to me acting all giddy over Liam Hemsworth every single time he was on screen.

Just saw this. I'll be short. Remember when you watched DBZ, and you was waiting for goku to go ssj and kill frieza. Cuz you already knows it's gonna happen, you just never seen it. But they power up for a whole episode.


This is the movie equivalent of that.

Saw it last night. Liked it quite a bit. Very intriguing politics at play.

Sorry you all were bored. But thank you for dropping my expectations and allowing me to enjoy it for what it was.

I enjoyed the movie. I feel people are going to get disappointed if they came in expecting some type of action-packed popcorn saga. This film is nothing like that at all. In spite it's rather engrossing in the critique of pushing a revolution. And how little different the rebels were from President Snow in the way of uses Katniss & Peeta as propaganda props to push their agenda and sway the people one way or another. It's more of a social-political thriller than an action-packed movie. I was cool with it, but I understood if other didn't.

It's all about the politics of revolution and I loved it because it's rarely covered, especially in this genre.

But really though, I was somewhat underwhelmed. Plot development was somewhat staled, and action was lacking. Perhaps I should've watched this before Interstellar. But that was always going to be a day one Imax 3D with blunts and popcorn. Interstellar has basically raised my personal standards for cinema

LOL But ish don't really happen in the book either. It's mostly off-screen which is why it's least favorite. I was shocked they managed an entertaining movie out of it

Just watched this

Katniss spends the whole movie crying, yelling, and shooting WWE promo cuts

There's only 2 actions scenes in the whole movie that all together last maybe a min or 2

Everybody else in the movie is either part of the film crew, a solider/escort that you never see do anything, or part of the President's committee that does nothing but hack shyt and talk

shyt was bad, I think I enjoyed the 1st movie better

this splitting the movies in 2 is becoming the norm now..

Maze Runner and Divergent are both doing it with the 3rd books
