Yea it is. Elves are dope. If you dont read the book I would definetly at least Google/Wiki them and check them out:

Feanor and his Half-Brothers Finarfin and Fingolfin and their sons
...Feanor's 7 Sons

and the different types of Elves. Noldor, Sindar, Teleri...etc

You didn't think the action got a little repetitive?

Travel a little, fight some ugly shyt, almost get killed until someone comes flying out of nowhere to save the day....travel some more, fight some ugly shyt.....and on and on and on.

And some of the CGI was :kobedamn:
