Also there was another prominent Black company that came to buy property in the same area and the owner sold it for less to a Russian.

Yeah Tariq last night gave an update and said they got the checks ready they just need to know who to write them out to and he said the owner is stalling. He said he didn’t think they had the money but now that they ready to sign the owner is being slow about it. He said no matter what it’s gonna get built though.

So this is land that already publicly for sale? What’s the address? I’m curious about the value and how long it’s been on the market.
