I know majority of folks who frequent this subforum are consistent with workouts, dropping LBs, gaining LBs, eating the right way, etc.
But we can all improve in some aspects. What are some goals and benchmarks you all want to hit in 2016?

- Get a workout partner - I feel like I could go harder if I had someone to workout with, spot me, push me and relate to on a consistent basis. My breh @chefmate7days throws me advice and tips all the time, but I'm in Atlanta and he's in DC
- Eliminate my overindulgence in sweets - I kill Little Debbie cakes, Swedish Fish, and Lifesavers Gummies. I'm gone try my hardest to cut back and find alternatives in 2016
- Get a new competitive outlet - My main competitive outlet when it comes to exercise is basketball. I'm only 25, but I want to find a new outlet that'll challenge me physically and maybe competitively. Boxing? BJJ? Yoga? Golf? It might also be a way to network
