Impressive, but has to be a point of concern for Tigers fans.

AA Punter Brad Wing going pro.

AA LB Minter heading to the NFL.

All-American S Reid gone

CB Tharold Simon (prematurely) making the jump

RB Spencer Ware gone

DL Mega-Duo Barkevious Mingo and Sam Montgomery both departing

DT Bennie Logan leaving with the big names as well

Safety Craig Loston likely leaving as well

I noticed their losing a lot of players. But they got some young players and a good recruiting class so maybe they'll be alright.

They'll be fine. SEC West save for A&M and Bama will be in a kind of rebuilding mode so they'll still get wins.

They will all be easily replaced, especially on defense

I imagine that Miles will use it to his advantage, luring talent to Baton Rouge with promises of starting earlier and playing often

Spencer Ware only got 94 carries this year.

they could never get settled on a running back

I hate LSU and their fans more than anything but even I know they're gonna be fine. They got something like 4 Highly rated 4-5 Star guys coming.

Minter's gonna be the hardest to replace

What are skme good examples this..especially compared to, idk, any other team tht matters.

Aint shyt special about lsu

Louisiana has great high school football talent, it's the PREMIER school in that area. Not only that, but they sneak into Mississippi, Texas, Florida for their talent as well.

The addition of Texas A&M and the (somewhat) emergence of the Mississippi schools might dent their recruiting classes, but LSU owns that bayou area that stretches from damn near Houston all the way over to Mobile, up into Arkansas, and peppered throughout Mississippi.

All that said, they'll miss their defensive line the most. I agree that their DBs and LBs will always be on point, but they had a special duo/group at DL.

HB they'll be fine, they've got a STABLE of backs.

Logan was looking like a top guy for 2014, might be a year early but Brockers went top 20 despite being raw

Simon and Loston should have stayed, they can improve mediocre stocks but could do more with another year. Loston would have gotten to replace Reid in the middle of the field

Ware is weird, doubt it fazes them much. not real big on dude

I can make that sentance for 20 other schools.

Southern Califonia has great high school football talent, it's the PREMIER school in that area. Not only that, but they sneak into oregon, washington, nevada for their talent as well

Ohio has great high school football talent, it's the PREMIER school in that area. Not only that, but they sneak into pennsylvania, illinois, iowa for their talent as well

Texas has great high school football talent, it's the PREMIER school in that area. Not only that, but they sneak into Oklahoma, nebraska, utah for their talent as well

There is NOTHING special about that

Aint shyt special about lsu

during the LSU bowl game, the announcers said if you want to go the NFL as a defensive player you go to LSU, I'm thinking LSU got these dudes on they payroll doing the recruiting for them

And those schools are routinely in the top 20 AP/BCS as well.

It takes that kind of rule over a territory to be a contender year in and year out, which makes those schools, and LSU, special.
