Im going to register for a few and make what i can
Was in an uber today talking to my driver who moved here from STL. I asked "why Atlanta"? She gave the i see so many black people doing well here its not like this anywhere else i've been before. Which i can fully respect. Then she tried to get me to sign up for a travel marketing mlm (that has 8 different income streams 
)
Im not even hating on anyone who comes here to get to the next level, but now i understand how many people treat the city the way I used to see people talking about LA when i was growing up

I live less than 2 miles from " Cop City" and attended a few protests and the concert. It's no coincidence that they choose to build a facility in a relatively low income, predominantly black neighborhood. I hope this shyt never gets off the ground.. the land over there is beautiful and serene.
Yall get your property tax assessments yet? These folks in Fayette county have lost their fukking minds. Value of my house has supposedly increased 100k again, third damn year in a row. I’m about to appeal this shyt.

got ours a couple weeks back (Cobb), we're about 125k up since purchasing in summer 2020. Even though I don't think my crib/subdivision is special, I think ours is accurate since a few homes in our subdivision have sold in the ballpark of our current assessment.
But we're thinking about turning it into a rental and then selling in a couple years
