Say what you will about the HOA types - and there's a lot to be said about those zealots at times - but this is where they have a purpose. Lone-wolfing it won't stop the corporate money, only unity will. Same with the StreetView/SatView data leeches.

I've been thinking about this recently... say what you want, but black people in Atlanta have been aware of gentrification for over 10 years now. As a people, we have to stop being reactive and become proactive if there's any hope of change for the better. The only solution is working together and being proactive

I was on here years ago telling folks buy in the hood lmfao and these nikkas was debating me, now my shyt worth 4X the value, and these dudes renting/living in the burbs complaining about traffic.

Atlanta politics runs the state of GA, it's illogical to talk about power plays then give up your voting clout to move to some irrelevant suburb with nothing but big box retailers, that if those big box retailers bounce you got another Stonecrest situation.

I dont feel sorry for these folks.

I was on Moreland Ave yesterday at a tire shop and noticed tons of crackheads, hookers, and homeless people. For ya'll who know, it was near the intersection at Memorial and close to I20 ramp. So I'm looking around and thinking damn shyt crazy over here. Then looking and seeing some white lady jogging with not a care in the world, like

Then I continued to look around and saw a recently built mini mansion with all the modern quirks. My question is do these cacs not realize where the fukk they at? I grew up in the hood and been all over Atlanta's hoods, but these cacs taking over with no fukks given. They finna turn Atlanta into a whole different city before our lifetimes are up brehs.

I live off Moreland and pretty sure I know the house you're talking about. It's right next to the Dragon Dungeon smoke shop or whatever right? It used to be a trap. Moreland been being gentrified though. I remember when that caroline street shopping center was literally a mound of dirt across from the Iman park marta. I live further down by the Churches and the dollar tree.. used to be way more hood.
