There are plenty of black people at Tech. Depending on when you went they may have been minding their business or somewhere else.

I will say this you get generation is more nerdy. Yes it’s a nerd school but we had real nikkas there when I went. Now more of these kids seem like lames.

I was in the student union for my meeting for 2 days. Had lunch there walked around the campus, went to the library. Top floor of library was dope, outside area to study.

I was on Georgia Tech's campus for a meeting recently. 2 days there. First time on their campus. Nice campus. Where all the black folks go though. You could dine really well off the black women at Georgia Tech. I see they are developing Tech Square for the tech part of ATL. Walked over to Midtown to Hudson Grille, had a Georgia Long Island Ice Tea, which was peach flavored . Then had dinner at this Asian fusion restaurant called Calvin's Poor. Good food. Only saw one clear fruitopian. On my way out of town, saw one bad redbone that had me ready to move to ATL. I shoulda said something, cause she was eyeing me.

ATL is nice in the Fall.

But you got people on here who said the tech scene in Atlanta wasn’t popping or that if you’re a native Atlantan but live outside of the city limits that you’re not from the city so be careful what you read on here

You call IT departments for non tech companies a tech industry

people actually in tech will tell you ATL is known for low quality tech work compared to SV,NYC, AUstin TX, etc.
