American Deli, A Town Wings, all the same shyt.

I went to the A-Town wings on Buffington Road in College Park one night after picking my brother up from his football game, and it was about 10pm. nikkas had a gun on the counter just to show any would-be robbers not to try them :dead:

Buffin was my neck of the woods growing up. Kinda of offended Wing Depot ain't get a honorable mention right there off of Buff and Roosevelt. Been fukking with them since the mid 90s.

Sidenote: My sister and I been thinking of opening up a wing spot on the southside. Yall think a modernized food truck could work. Any advice from you food entrepreneurs would be appreciated.

Food Trucks arent really big on the southside but it wouldnt hurt trying. you could be the first to blow.

I know Forest Park use to have "food truck tuesdays" (might have been thursdays) at Starr Park near Forest Park city hall where they had food trucks come set up shop. IDK if they still do it with the weather being cold but you could call and ask or drive by and stop in city hall.

I wouldn't open up a wing spot in a black area. The new Juug is Fry Spots. Nobody is doing them wide spread but the overhead of the food is cheap.

Theres a spot in LA (well Gardena) called Mr Fry Guy (owned by a breh) and I told him man you need to come to ATL you would make a KILLING.
These were the Honey Garlic and Steak fries I had from there

No offense breh but we don't need more wing places especially in the SWATS or the Southside. The food truck culture is a booming market in the city in corporate parks or in places like Smyrna or Howell Mill Rd. I'd want to do something at those places if I had a food truck or wanted to get into that business

I would rather just find a cheap spot on the west side and have a brick and mortar and do the food trunk think only for festivals. Another concept black folks need to get on is the "high end" food court concept that you see at places like Krog St and Ponce City Market. I think it started in LA but pretty much someone owns the building and rents out space to different restaurants, so you have a building with say 5 different food spots in it you can eat at and then a common area for seating.
