Nah, dawggie.....not a good area.

But for the prices YOU'RE trying to pay, you def'nitely gon' end up somewhere substandard. I don't even KNOW if you gon' find something at that price. You should consider a roommate; if y'all both got that half, you can find some NICE places throughout the city for $1,000/month.

Really looks like they're trying to position Stonecrest City as a thriving black economic city. They got the portion of Lithonia that has a good amount of money already so maybe this could work. If it does, I may consider getting a house down there. We shall see :lupe:

Yunno, that really looks more and more like a great idea on their part. I like their PLAN, at least. We'll see how it actually works out, though.
