What makes this all funny is west midtown literally is just the west side. Wonder if they will call vine city and castleberry hill "west down town"
The only thing protecting some of the hoods are that they are historic neighborhoods so I dont think they can change names or apply dumb names like they did to other areas.
West Midtown looks cool but its comical that literally you walk to far and you are in Bankhead
, like the Top Golf they built there is literally down the street from the worst hoods in the city

Yea Top Golf is right up the street from Bolton Rd, which ironically is right up the street from some of the more affluent areas in Vinings
I like that new development and that's part of what I was trying to explain to the brehs in that thread about Raleigh being better than Atlanta for young professionals. If you just look at what Atlanta has going for it, take the entertainment industry out of the equation, Atlanta is booming all over the place, especially in construction and housing, there's new developments popping up all over the metro area

That's the thing these are all new neighborhoods I didn't see any shady shyt at all
LOL and thats how kick doors happen. With intown living you have to make sure you are taking the necessary precautions. ATL is a small city, there was a crime wave kick doors happening in Midtown just a few months ago lol.
They have on site security it's part of the hoa fees
