Some nerdy CAC sits ringside and punches a button every time a punch is thrown and every time one appears to land........not joking

Yep:heh:

It doesnt take into effect quality of opposition or anything...just straight numbers.

Like I said, it has Leo Santa Cruz as the 2nd most complete boxer in the world today after Floyd Mayweather considering his +/- for punches landed vs punches taken:wow:

15 fights can't compare to 60 in now way shape or form

15 fight from now, rigo could be getting hit more for all we know, the sample size is too small to say hes better than hopkins

If a QB threw 15 passes and connected all 15, would you say he played better than somebody who thew 60 passes and connected 38

No one is saying that bruh. At least I'm not. I'm just saying that your math is wrong. If Floyd or Hopkins "get hit" rate is somewhat higher than Rigos, even tho they have more fights, it just simply means that at some point in time Floyd and Hopkins got hit a little more in their respective careers.

Rigo could get the breaks beat off of him next fight and whoever he's fighting can land 75% of their shots on him. With only 15 pro fights his "get hit" percentage would rise ridiculously. If Floyd or Hopkins get hit with 75% of their opponents shots, at this point in their careers, their "get hit" percentage wouldn't be effected as much becuz of so many fights.

On the other hand, if Rigo's next opponent misses all 100 of their punches thrown, his shyt would drop to probably 9 or 10%. Why? becuz he doesnt have as many fights.

And, what does that have to do with anything where not talking about manny

we're talking about defensive fighters, which manny isn't

this is why I have no respect for your intellect becasue you are an idiot, you have no idea what you're talking about it is impossible to talk boxing with

When I said regardless in competition it was in regards to, in layman's terms for your simple ass

No matter if was a hall of famer, a champion, or anybody lesser, the percentages were around the same, which is a testament to his defensive skill, it doesn't matter how good the opponent is, his defense is impregnable

So you cant compare Floyd to guys like Armstrong, Robinson, Pep etc because Floyd only has 25% of the fights they do. So is Floyd really on their level for being 47 for 47?

I can because he's had enough body of work to compare their tapes, if Rigo had 30 fights to compare to Hopkins 64 or what it is the case been made

Anybody would eyes can see Rigo is skilled enough to be one of the best defensive fighters of all time

Pep, armstrong skills do not even compare to Rigo or Floyd so bring them up, they possess none of the skills these guys have, it's a dumb conversation to have

but arguments sake what were their averages if you know, what percent

The numbers came only matters when you comes down to fighters of equal stature
