they start exterminating mutants (show some of the lesser knowns get murked)
sentinels also kill those with mutant gene (lots of world leaders family members are killed so they start
)
Charles rounding up the OG Xmen to train them and save humanity/mutant Sentinel threat
Xmen get worked battling the Sentinels
Mags come thru to help them beat the Sentinels in the end out of nowhere
end the movie with Mags telling Chuck "Hello old friend"
Roll Credits
mid credit scene - Weapon X facility
show cells/pods for Wolvie, Sabretooth, and others
Show Sinister behind the scenes running the Weapon X site with Stryker as just a figurehead

I don't want anything we've already seen. Even if it's guaranteed (and, it's not) to be better than what Fox did. And I seriously doubt Marvel waited this long to obtain the rights....just to retread ground with Magneto, the Sentinels, etc.
Start with some off the wall shyt, like the Brood. Or Cameron Hodge. Hell, the MCU already has the Reality Stone and has talked about alternate dimensions....the X-Men could come from a reality where mutants are already mostly dead (kinda like "Logan") which would allow them to introduce any villain. People act like they gotta go the exact same route as the Fox movies.

How else would they introduce them?
They obviously wasn't in the world prior to that. You can say Spider-Man was running around fighting street level criminals and nobody noticed....which is why his introduction in "Civil War" wasn't a big deal.
But an entire team of super heroes? Not only that....mutants in general....which, keep in mind, didn't exist in the MCU. Even obvious mutants like Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver had their origin changed because back then Marvel didn't have the rights to use mutants in their movies.
So they are going to have to come from an alternate reality/timeline/dimension/whatever.
