Many of the people dismissing this or saying it is too much clearly live in affluent areas/dont go outside at all.
Dawg my pops was raised in Chicago public housing with 9 other siblings. They not perfect, they not super well off but none of em ever went to jail or committed any crimes. It’s people within our community that simply can’t be saved and don’t want to be either.Funny how much easier it is to just throw nikkas in jail forever than to, ya know, actually give us a fair chance to succeed. I'm never taking the side of the jackers (cause fukk em) I just also know that there would be a lot less people doing shyt like that in the first place if we haven't been disenfranchised for so long.
Of course people will disagree and take up cac rhetoric like "THAT'S NO EXCUSE" and I mean technically you'd be right. However you'd also be (albeit unintentionally, I would assume
) doing the same thing cacs do which is ignoring the actual source of the problem: systemic racism.
This is the part where uncle ruckus ass nikkas roll their eyes and declare that some of these nikkas would still be demons regardless.... Which would also technically be true, but so what? No ethnic group is completely absolved from their own degenerates; I'm not claiming this would be the end to all crime. I am saying it would yield results far greater than just locking nikkas up. They been doing that, and nikkas still wit the shyts.
Last thing; y'all really want me to believe them nikkas that hopped out on grandpa would've been deterred if they knew their actions would've costed them life in prison? Of course not, because they let off shots which would've given them football numbers irregardless of whether there was a vehicle involved or not.

Which is why they should put a limit on the offense based off of age. If u age 16-21 doing this shyt then give them a light sentence. But if u a grown ass man still doing dumb shyt, chances are u just scum and will never change and need the book thrown at ya

Dudes, least here, in Chicago are carjacking to joy ride. They not taking rims, engines, transmissions like they were back in the day.
They’ll find whips in some random alley or vacant lot days, weeks later. Completely intact.
True, n I forgot about the lower average age of the carjacker who would be more likely to do it just to stunt n say they drove some hot shyt before...but still, it has happened before, and the Feds would use any possibility of trading in as an excuse to get involved
