Dudes, least here, in Chicago are carjacking to joy ride. They not taking rims, engines, transmissions like they were back in the day.

They’ll find whips in some random alley or vacant lot days, weeks later. Completely intact.

Seen this mindset for a minute.. Must be dudes on the outside looking in.. Some of these young bulls out here come from a lineage of a quick come up.. Thats all they've seen.. So even if an opportunity comes along for them to gain "equal footing", they'd have a hard time approaching it, because the environment they come from never showed the kid how to take advantage to that opportunity..
