This is true if you want to be technical. But you have to think about it within the context of its development, which came about out of western expansion into the Americas and the foundations of western capitalism, which was rooted in the transatlantic slave trade.
I looked up some of her other pictures. While she was very passable, you can tell in which ones the makeup and lighting accentuate her white features, and which ones she probably had on less make up. In this one she reminds me of my great grandmother.
Back in the old days they use to have black people stand outside of business establishments to spot potential “passers” that were posing as white.
It was always hard for whites to tell because whites look at skin color first.
For black people, we always looked at features. So although you can have skin white as snow, the negro features (nose, lips, chin, forehead) will always give you away to other black people.

Please provide sources on concepts of blackness being around for thousands of years and the modern concept of blackness as racial inferiority. Numerous accounts by African immigrants talk about having to come to terms with blackness as an identity being thrust upon them when their identities back on the continent historically coalesced around tribal identity. What people espoused notions of blackness as an identity or racial group for the past thousands of years?
