I don't think I'm an authority, but I'm expressing my opinion on who's black and who's not, the same way you're doing.
You'll never catch me arguing about who's AA or who's not. Why? Because that's your nation, that's your people and I'm not AA. AA are the only ones that should say anything about who's a member of their groups. The same thing for Haitian, Nigerians, Senegalese, Congolese, etc

I looked up some of her other pictures. While she was very passable, you can tell in which ones the makeup and lighting accentuate her white features, and which ones she probably had on less make up. In this one she reminds me of my great grandmother.
