Ken Anderson, Rhino, Matt Morgan, Booker T, Raven, Scott Steiner. That's 6 guys who came from WWE who were booked to do nothing of relative note in the grand scheme of things in TNA. Booker had his commentary and Steiner had the math promo. That's IT. And that's just off the top of the dome

Booker legit had a title made for him because he didnt like how he was being booked.

Steiner was a hired goon for every stint he had there.

Raven came in as a big deal and it took him a year to actually win the title which became a largely forgetable reign. Also, Serotonin...

Matt Morgan was hated and largely ignored throughout his tenure there. And I cant remember one notable thing he did there (though he did manage to do less in WWE)

Rhino got a shot at the title because Nash who was slated to win it got injured. He dropped the belt back in about a month and never saw it again.

I'm a fan of TNA and defended them against a lot but let's not act like they were setting the world on fire with those guys. Raven may be the sole exception there and the whole Vince Russo SEX angle might have ruined that too.

This. Kennedy was utter garbage and a one hit wonder in the WWE from the beginning but because people were desperate for a non-Cena option they hyped him up. He might be the most over-hyped wrestler within the past 15-20 years.
