In the aftermath of the Civil War cacs said Black people weren't getting anything but slaveowners would And that was that.

So expecting the descendants of those same cacs to distribute billions now is expecting something which will never happen.

Also the request seems to be tied in with the belief that money can somehow make being in the US tolerable when that's impossible given the unending obstructionism that every single cac engages in since Black success in the US depends on cac tolerating it, which is insane. But that's how it is.

Furthermore, notice how so called wealthy Black celebrities live in fear every day that they'll say the wrong thing that offends cacs and they get destroyed financially.

Because they know that their "success" is built of sand and can be wiped away in an instant if they offend cacs.

So in that environment reparations are a pointless idea. Since money doesn't give you a magic shield against cac aggression.
