I'm living the DINK life but most people I know have kids and are just putting everything on the credit card and hoping nothing big happens. Rent is completely insane around here. I'd guess most people I know are spending at least 40% of their income on rent. Often more like 60%.

Say no to unreasonable and lengthy homework.

Depending on type of job, they may need proof that you actually know what you're talking about, in which a 1 hour or 2 hour interview may not be enough time, not to mention the stress of performing in a foreign environment with people watching you. So companies give you homework to complete. I tend to avoid those types of companies/interview, but people desperate for a job may not.. and shyt companies take advantage of this and use it for free work... they'll have potential candidates brainstorm or come up with solutions for actual company problems.. and have you work on it for free with no intention of hiring you..

Hence.. don't work for free.

They have their own planes and last mile delivery, only a matter of time before we are able to walk into a kinkos style Amazon store front to ship something.

For a while it will be good competition to keep FedEx and ups honest…..until both of those are out of business because Amazon killed them too
