Maybe I've got my timeline off then....but the reaction all the cops had when the Bat came in and dismantled the Tumblers was like they were surprised to see him......

...and I don't think the entire city can see that bridge.

Like w/ all Nolan movies( at least for me ), you have to watch his stuff twice and know what you are looking for.

I read what everybody thought was off and went back to see the movie for a 2nd time with all of that in mind. He ties alot of things up on the 2nd watch.

u missing my point, the twist talia wasn't needed at all. Bane could have been the kid that escaped the prison, like we originally thought.

and accept that he's ra's al ghul's child???

talia was NEEDED. none of the sh1t would of went down how it did had it not been for HER. if u watch this film again, you see all the subtle moves she made.

And that may be the case...and besides, like I said, I think it's still a fantastic film. Probably the best of the series, though nothing in this film is as classic/has as much replay value as Ledger's performance.

I plan on seeing it again in a couple weeks

that's a theory as well. remember he parked one on top of the roof, but the last time we seen "the bat" was when he flew it in the cave. so the question is, why part it TWICE? one being the spot where him & fox when to pick it up.

also, from repeated viewings, (and something i love nolan does so well) is how bruce told fox once they got to the bat, "it flies well even without the auto-pilot".... before you thought he meant the auto-pilot was still inoperable, but know upon repeated viewings, he was pretty much TELLING fox that he fixed it and it flew well with or without it.

the ONLY problem with this theory is when did he had time to switch???

If I remeber correctly, the first plane was grey/silver and was the same one the engineers were in...

i thought the blast had a six mile radius . no way batman was flying that shyt over the bridge robin was standing on.. also what about nuclear fallout ? gotham is still doomed

from watching it again... i think it was far enough from safety. the mushroom cloud was off in the horizon.

at WORSE a lot of gotham citizens gonna have some kind of cancer in the possible future.
