i cant believe the lengths that people are going to to justify this fight (and to try to compare it to manny pacquiao of all fighters )...you can't..the second that Danny and his pops decided to go along with the charades when this stupid fight was announced he took a L...there was no way this shyt was going to fly..esp this year where good fights have not been forthcoming...you know its bad when the wbc and wba refused to sanction it as a title fight...the GB bosses are out there saying some of the stupidest shyt ive ever heard in recent times from people in the industry trying to justify this shyt card but its ok because danny realized the importance of having a fukking jab in order to win fights

Exactly. There's no way anybody can justify that fight or the entire showtime card. It's the purest form of an L you can find when it comes to bum ass opponents. No ways around it. Trying to deflect or rationalize shyt just makes it look worse.

When Manny fought Bradley, Bradley was the #1 nikka at Jr WW plus had fought at 147 before... Thats the equivalent of Floyd fighting Swift right now..

And theres nothing wrong with Pac fighting Algeiri after beating Provodnikov considering they were going after JMM and he's ducking and Pac isn't left with many options...

The shyt isnt comparable with swift having access to that huge stable of fighters they got over there,

Salka ain't even a novice. Dude can box a lil and gave Canelo's brother the business, but was robbed. It's just that dude wasn't a worthy challenger for any title holder let alone a champ in a higher division. Salka was a FNF tune up level opponent at best. No where near being on a premium cable network B side opponent in a main event.
