And Chicago doesn't? :mjlol: We aren't fukking St Louis
Chapman was in Cincinatti and has played games in Chicago for years.
When he says he's comfortable in NYC, I'll take him at his word.

MLB trade rumors: If dealt, Yankees' Aroldis Chapman wants to return as free agent

"I feel very happy and comfortable here in the city," Chapman told NJ Advance Media before his record-tying performance in the Yankees' 2-1 win over the Baltimore Orioles. "At the same time, this is a business and if I happened to be traded away, I'm pretty sure they're going to be doing it for the good of the team.

"That being said, if the opportunity comes up where I can come back to the team, I would be more than happy."

And Chicago is not NYC.

My Pops Forever RIP
There were rumors that he wants to go back to NYY.
As a Latino...NYC does offer a lot to make a guy like him comfortable.

I guess I won't rule it out completely, but I would be surprised if it happened.
the Yankees weren't shyt and when they traded him he got kinda emotional for someone who had only pitched since May. He was telling people even when the rumors were out that he'd be down with coming back. Cubans love NY for some reason.

That said, I think he stays because the Yankees will think they can make another Mo
